WHAT IS THE MAKERS MARKET?
Open air elevated shopping experience, where you’ll find carefully curated handmade businesses, baked goods, *limited* boutiques, vintage wares, food trucks, live music & children's activities. We bridge the gap between independent artists and their loyal customers.
WHAT IS THE NIGHT MARKET?
A smaller, more intimate elevated shopping experience that happens 8 times per year on the first wednesday of each month.
KID AND DOG FRIENDLY?
Yes kids and well behaved dogs are welcome! It tends to draw in big crowds, so if your dog is anxious, plan accordingly.
PARKING?
The city has multiple public lots within a block (Google will help) along with plenty of public street parking.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Since the new renovations on 6th street promenade are now complete, you will find most businesses on 6th street between Maine and Vermont are handicap accessible from 6th street.
BAD WEATHER
This event is rain or shine! In impossibly severe cases, check social media (Quincy Makers Market).
CASH?
Everyone loves (and generally prefers) cash but most vendors will accept card or venmo.
GIVE ME THE BASICS!
All Makers Markets and Night Markets are produced, juried, and curated in-house by our small yet mighty team. We are led and inspired by a basic principle--community! We strive to build, cultivate, and foster supporting local established businesses and makers across the midwest.
